You never stop learning - at Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH, we have taken this literally and continue to offer our employees the opportunity for a wide range of internal training, even during the global Corona crisis. Rutronik is thus one of the 36% of companies in Germany that have expanded their digital training offering in response to the pandemic, in order to provide a comprehensive range of further training despite the precautionary measures in place.
As part of Rutronik's online training program, all interested employees can participate in e-learnings via the Rutronik e-Academy platform or attend webinars led by internal trainers via video conference.

In addition to the internal experts, Rutronik has also been able to recruit external specialists to lead the webinars in the area of personality and methodological skills training, offering targeted communication, telephone and holistic sales training, as well as training in communication & methodology in sales and product marketing.
If the Corona situation so permits, there will again be isolated classroom training sessions, such as presentation training, in compliance with hygiene measures. In addition, two topics are to be offered in the form of the blended learning concept. Blended learning combines online-supported self-learning phases and live online training with practice days or digital 1:1 coaching sessions. In this way, blended learning leverages the advantages of traditional and online-based learning, combining the flexibility of digital learning formats with the benefits of hands-on learning and the positive social aspects of face-to-face communication.
