As employees in incoming goods, order picking and dispatch, the warehouse logistics staff at Rutronik support the respective team. Following an extensive induction period, your area of work can gradually be expanded – with the chance to continuously develop your own professional qualifications.
Including a forward-looking approach
The initial employment in warehouse logistics is based on the individual’s prior experience and knowledge. Through classic learning by doing, skills and experience are continuously expanded in this position, with the opportunity to take the next step in your career: If you prove suitable there is the option of further internal training to become a supervisor or team leader.
Ideally suited
You have completed a professional apprenticeship or have several years’ experience in the warehouse / incoming goods / dispatch and are open and willing to learn with regard to a modern IT- controlled working environment. Your ability to work in a team and sound German skills round off your profile perfectly.
