Etiquette for performers ...“This is how you score points at work with style and respect!”

A correct appearance in the professional world proves to be a bit of a challenge at first. Many things such as the correct dress code, speaking politely, speaking politely and the like should be self-evident for everyone. But there is much more behind the perfect appearance. 

The seminar leader, Ms. Wingenroth, conveyed this to us trainees in a full-day business etiquette seminar. The seminar took place in cooperation with the Techniker Krankenkasse and the Office for Career Strategy Hesse/Schrader. In addition to the correct order of greeting, the correct introduction and appropriate behavior at a business meal, she explained to the trainees and dual students on three dates exactly how communication works, how to network properly and much more.

Another important finding was that business etiquette is more than just a collection of rules. It is a guide for treating each other respectfully and professionally. By adhering to these behaviors, we not only contribute to a pleasant work environment, but also to our own success. Because good manners are not just an empty phrase - they are the key to successful relationships and efficient communication.
