At the scientific IWIS 2017 conference in Chemnitz, Jil Ehnis and Andreas Mangler received an award for the conference’s best scientific publication.
The basis of this paper was Jil Ehnis’ bachelor thesis, in which she developed a “robust and universally applicable mathematical algorithm for the modeling of arbitrary nonlinear logistics processes.”
This software algorithm was developed in such a way that other problems within the distribution can be solved using the same mathematical rules, such as the modeling of any logistics processes for tracking packages for RFID applications or the modeling of arbitrary sensor characteristics in the smart environment and in battery management when analyzing Li-ion batteries in e-mobility based on standard microcontrollers.
Rutronik congratulates Jil Ehnis on her impressive achievement. Andreas Mangler, Dominik Schmidt and Hans-Christoph Behler presented her with the award in a small gathering and with a small token as our thank you for her remarkable work.
