WHAT MAKES YOUR JOB PARTICULARLY EXCITING AND UNIQUE?
Every day is different - there are new challenges and tasks for me every day. This includes developing product strategies in my region. It's never boring and challenges you anew every day.
The people I work with every day make my job unique. These are my colleagues, our sales team, field application engineers and many more. As I am responsible for the Passive product division, I am in regular contact with our suppliers.
WHAT QUALITIES SHOULD SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO BE A SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT MANAGER HAVE?
As a PM, you should definitely be a talented organizer - there are always weeks with lots of meetings. You need to have that on your radar. You should have good analytical skills, because you have to recognize market trends or customer needs. In addition, a little creativity can't hurt either.
WHAT WAS AN EXPERIENCE AT RUTRONIK THAT YOU WILL NEVER FORGET?
During my studies, I found the trainee-student meetings particularly enriching, as you could always exchange ideas with students and trainees from other fields of study.
What do you particularly like about working at Rutronik?
I like the team spirit at Rutronik - everyone is helpful and has a sympathetic ear. In addition, the ideas you have are listened to, encouraged and implemented.
