WHAT DOES YOUR TYPICAL DAY At WORK LOOK LIKE?
My daily routine is very varied because every customer is different.
As a mentor, I have the opportunity to train new colleagues and share my knowledge and experiences.
These tasks make my job particularly exciting and fulfilling.
What advice would you give to someone new in your working field?
Make the most of your opportunities and be open to new things.
There is a lot to learn and experience in the logistics industry. Share your experience and knowledge with others to be successful together.
This will not only help you develop yourself, but also empower your team.
If you could choose one superpower for your job, what would it be and why?
I would like to have multiple arms like a squidward, it is very multifunctional as it can handle several tasks at the same time. It is capable of labelling, scanning labels and wrapping parcels at the same time.
This ability makes it a valuable tool, allowing you to work flexibly and efficiently.
What do you particularly like about working at Rutronik?
We are a team in which everyone works together and supports each other.
Everyone contributes their strengths to achieve common goals.
If someone needs help, there is always someone on hand. This is how we create a positive and productive working atmosphere.
