What are your main tasks as a Mechatronics Engineer?
My main tasks include the maintenance, repair and servicing of conveyor technology as well as the analysis and elimination of faults in automatic systems.
I work on automatic conveyor technology projects and create maintenance concepts.
I am also responsible for the conversion and expansion of existing technical systems.
Describe your job in just 3 words.
Responsible, multifaceted, creative.
If you were a tool, which one would you be and why?
If I were a tool, I would be a lock pick.
In many cases, a lock pick can open all doors and thus provide access to different areas.
This flexibility and ability to overcome obstacles makes it an indispensable tool.
What do you particularly like about working at Rutronik?
What I really like about my work at Rutronik is the daily communication at all levels and the way we deal with each other. Team spirit is one of the most important elements in our team.
It's like conveyor technology, because it only works smoothly if all the components work together. Working together, like with my shift partner Mr. Ener, rounds off the overall package to create a great workplace.
The daily teamwork has also resulted in a good friendship, although private and business life must be kept separate.
Finally, I would also like to say that the breaks with different departments are always great fun.
